With a career background in film and broadcast, he understands the full AV spectrum — from the highest professional standard down to what actually works on a Sunday morning with a volunteer team.What he kept seeing frustrated him. Churches investing in technology their volunteers couldn't confidently run. Systems that created distractions instead of removing them.
